RUBIX is a leading industrial maintenance & distribution network in Europe, present in 23 countries with over 8,000 employees.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to manage and grow our transactional customer portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to drive sales growth within a designated patch.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients. If you have a proven track record of success in business development and are passionate about driving sales growth, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow transactional customer portfolio
  • Making high-volume outbound calls to drive sales growth
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS
