A leading manufacturer in Cramlington is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Specialist to manage and grow their portfolio of online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance marketplaces to boost sales and profitability through strategic oversight and development.
- Maintain strong relationships with key online trading partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Promote high-quality, relevant product listings that effectively increase sales by optimizing product information and alignment.
- Identify gaps within the product selection and explore new opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate closely with the digital team to synchronize sales strategies, pricing, and product information, driving profitability and efficiency.
- Improve customer service, feedback, and product rankings on digital platforms, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics with commercial and digital teams to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) or higher.
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Background in sales, retail, or commercial marketing is preferred but not necessary.
