Care Opportunities

At Home Instead, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Live-In Care Professional to join our team. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities

* Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging them in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as continence care
* Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping tasks
* Accompany clients to appointments and social events, and provide transportation as needed
* Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to good hygiene practices

Requirements

* 2 years of experience in live-in care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Enhanced Disclosure from the relevant body
