Job Title: Live-In Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and conversation to our clients, stimulating their minds and encouraging their interests.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as continence care.
  • Prepare healthy meals from raw ingredients and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events, promoting their independence and social interaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of live-in care experience.
  • Ability to listen, communicate clearly, and build relationships with clients and their families.
  • Respect for people with different backgrounds and beliefs, and a commitment to non-discriminatory care practice.
  • Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills.
  • Good hygiene practice and a smart appearance.
