About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

Our supported living service in Eastington is a welcoming and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, supporting them to access their local community, socialize, and engage in various activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local community and engage in activities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals

Requirements
