About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
• Follow care plans and ensure residents receive the necessary care and support
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, and you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
