About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
