About the Role
Curtis Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join a well-established accountancy practice based in the outskirts of Bicester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting services to a diverse client base, including sole traders, SMEs, and larger companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct audits and provide assurance services to clients.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including spreadsheets and financial management systems.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
