About the Role

As a Behavioural English Mentor at Education Jobs South, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic development of children in a school setting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on young people's lives.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional behaviour management skills, including experience with PACE methods. They will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build effective relationships with children, teachers, and other support staff.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent behaviour management skills, including experience with PACE methods
  • TALA training or willingness to obtain it
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patient, calm, resilient, and enthusiastic demeanour
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
