About the Role

The School Support Liaison will be responsible for being the point of contact for schools and colleges with inquiries, onboarding school staff on our Easy4u platform, and coordinating delivery schedules in consultation with our account managers and operations team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to schools and colleges, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for school staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Work closely with the operations team to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure seamless execution.
  • Update and maintain the Easy4u platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage administrative duties in various online platforms, including our CRM system and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effectively communicate information about Easy4u and our scheme and services to our schools, following on-the-job training.
