Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Assistant to join our team at Ideal for All. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our employer to live an independent personal and social life.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and administering medication.
  • Domestic Duties: Perform domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Social Duties: Accompany the employer on outings, support with appointments, and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: NVQ/BTEC level 2+ in Health and Social Care.
  • Skills: Moving and handling of people, medication administration, and car driving with business insurance.
Working Hours:

56 hours per week, 8 hours per day, with flexibility to adapt to the employer's needs.
