Mental Health Lead Position

Cygnet Hospital Harrow is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Lead to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the delivery of mental health services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the implementation of evidence-based treatments and therapies
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records

We offer a highly competitive salary of up to £145,000 per annum, based on experience. Our benefits package includes generous annual leave entitlement, study leave, and a contributory pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will be registered with the GMC, hold MBBS (or equivalent) qualifications, and have relevant experience in adult psychiatry. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
