**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Heritage Project Lead to join our team at Hunter Dunning Limited in Chiswick, London. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of conservation and private residential projects throughout the UK.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in conservation and a minimum of 5 years post-Part III experience. They will be able to lead and deliver projects across all RIBA stages, produce detailed drawings, and collaborate with the team to ensure project quality.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits package.
