Care Home Team Leader Night Shift
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our night shift team at one of our care homes in the UK. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support during the night shift.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that our residents' needs are met during the night shift. You will work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Care Assistants during the night shift
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Experience working in a care environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salary and Benefits
