About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team in Southampton, UK. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and simplifying our current pricing models, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies and align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and simplification of current pricing models.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies and align with overall business objectives as part of a key internal project (Codified Commercials).
  • Provide valuable pricing insights identifying risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop pricing models and strategies to maximise profitability.
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Support FP&A with ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA) or qualified by experience or working towards qualifying.
  • Expert Excel skills.
  • Pricing Analyst experience working in an international multi-site and multi-currency organisation.
  • Strong maths and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse large data sets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and assess complex and sometimes unfamiliar situations, visualise solutions and see through to resolution and work effectively within a matrix organisation.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
