About the Role:

Athena Care Homes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Aria Court Care Home. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care to our residents and supporting the care team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care.
  • Assist, motivate, and inspire passion in the care team to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
  • Manage supervision, appraisal, and performance management of the care team, celebrating individual achievements and helping team members to reach their full potential.
  • Carry out enhanced clinical care duties, including clinical observations and monitoring of resident health.

Requirements:

  • A passion for care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Experience in a care position, with a proven track record of leading, empowering, supporting, and motivating a team.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the care team.
