We are seeking an exceptional Mathematics Teacher to join our team at Tipton Green College, a specialist independent school in the West Midlands.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and developing engaging curriculum content to support the learning needs of our diverse student population.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics education, excellent teaching skills, and a proven ability to motivate and inspire students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver, and assess Mathematics lessons to students aged [insert age range]
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum content and resources

Requirements:
  • QTS or QTLS Qualification and/or relevant experience
  • Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
  • Experience of working with students with SEMH and additional needs
  • Knowledge and understanding of developments in education
