Job Title: Clinical Practice Educator

About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Educator to join our team at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital. As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will be responsible for providing educational support to nursing staff, promoting high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing team.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide educational support to nursing staff, including training, mentoring and coaching.
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the educational needs of our nursing team.
  • Contribute to the development of our nursing team, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.


Requirements:



  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year's experience.
  • Teaching and assessment qualification desirable.
  • Experience of working in a similar role or as a Band 5 nurse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
