Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in PA work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Providing high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Performing various ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in PA or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Salary:

£36,000 - £46,000 per annum, depending on experience
