Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, with an uncapped OTE of £16,000. Our competitive package also includes good employee benefits and hybrid working arrangements.

Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and determined Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling delegate passes to our annual conferences, promoting awards programmes to potential entrants, and selling awards tables to shortlisted finalists.

Your Responsibilities

  • Self-generate leads and opportunities within the Governance, Risk and Compliance space
  • Sell delegate passes to events with high-quality attendees
  • Hitting daily and monthly KPI's and targets set by the sales team
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market, product value proposition, and customer profile
  • Work closely with our Conference Producer to refine outreach templates and pitches

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delegate / table sales within the events sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and a Sales CRM (SalesForce, MS Dynamics or similar)
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and naturally motivated
  • Curious and eager to learn about the brand, sector, and product
  • Confident and enthusiastic about being on the telephone
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
