Sales Marketing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Marketing Representative to join our team at Steppe2 in London. As a key member of our sales-driven marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales efforts by assisting with sales campaigns, coordinating events, and managing promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales campaigns by planning and executing sales-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the sales team to generate leads through face-to-face interactions at events, exhibitions, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and execute events, trade shows, and pop-up promotions, ensuring all logistical aspects are in place.
  • Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, in-store promotions, and event-based sales efforts.
  • Develop and distribute sales collateral such as brochures, posters, and product samples for use in campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, including in-person surveys and direct conversations with customers, to gather insights on preferences and sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and local businesses to foster partnerships and boost sales efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales campaigns, gathering feedback from customers and tracking sales performance at events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field (or relevant internship experience).
  • Strong interest in sales and traditional marketing methods.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions.
  • Hands-on experience in event coordination, sales promotions, or direct customer engagement is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to driving sales.
  • Willingness to work in-person at events, trade shows, and sales initiatives.
