About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join our team in Bedford. As a key member of our Timber & Heavy-side materials sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines and services to effectively engage with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face and phone interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating sales with new and existing customers through proactive calling and quoting.
  • Process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey using our in-house systems.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy branch environment, ensuring a positive first impression for customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
