About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product lines and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide proactive advice and solutions.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with new and existing customers, generating revenue growth and driving business expansion.
  • Order Processing: Utilize our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers informed throughout their journey.
  • Branch Maintenance: Ensure the branch is well-maintained, clean, and tidy, providing a positive first impression for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements
