About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling the hire and sale of non-mechanical plant and equipment to a variety of clients, including civil engineering companies, main contractors, and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling non-mechanical plant and equipment, including temporary access, ground protection, and specialist construction products
  • Dealing with a high volume of incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Raising quotes for customers and following up in a timely manner
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure equipment stock levels and customer availability
  • Coordinating drivers to deliver and collect equipment from customers efficiently
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic individual
  • Driving license and IT literacy
