About the Job

You will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of pre-construction information and issuing it to tendering contractors. This will involve liaising with clients and principal contractors to ensure that the Construction Phase Plan is suitable and in place prior to commencement of construction works.

  • A strong understanding of CDM2015 regulations and associated guidance
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to travel and/or hold a full clean UK driving licence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a recognised design qualification, NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate, and membership of the APS / IOSH or equivalent professional body.
