We are seeking a Line Lead and Process Improvement Expert to join our Manufacturing & Production department at KP Snacks in Billingham. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the start-up phase of a new production facility, ensuring efficient operations and successful implementation.

Job Description:
  • Responsibility for pre-production budget and cost tracking up to close out.
  • Coordinate plant level risk mitigation plan with external partners, engineering, and operations.
  • Maintain Health, Safety, Environment, and Housekeeping practices, identifying and immediately acting on all hazards and unsafe working practices.
Benefits and Salary:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including bonus scheme, annual salary review, medicash health cash plan, private healthcare, digital GP, and more.
