Executive Assistant Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join our highly successful team. As a key contributor to our hotel's success, you'll be the ultimate strategic partner, blending organizational genius with high-level support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the General Manager, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the General Manager, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls discreetly and efficiently.
  • Prepare communications, presentations, and other documents for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of industry and corporate events, board meetings, and senior management gatherings.
  • Liaise with other staff members and departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
