Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Support team as an Administrative Officer. This is a temporary role to cover for maternity leave, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our customers, with a particular focus on financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Support team, including financial transactions and customer inquiries
- Work closely with a large network of staff across the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
