Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition specialist to partner with our Operations team, responsible for attracting and nurturing top talent across the business. This role will make GAIL's the best place to work and grow in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to deliver and support the recruitment of exceptional management talent.
  • Build relationships with candidates through storytelling, showcasing the GAIL's experience and culture.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including social media campaigns and ATS management.
  • Run monthly Talent training sessions to upskill recruitment at bakery level.
  • Manage succession planning, working closely with Operations Managers to devise clear headcount and succession strategies.
  • Support internal growth and opportunities, creating strong working groups with L&D and People Partners.
  • Drive conversation around internal movement and succession planning to support future openings.
  • Deep dive into local recruitment solutions, reviewing data and insight to steer strategy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Talent Partner in a multi-site, growth environment.
  • Experience driving succession planning within an organization or area.
  • Good knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry or consumer-facing brands.
  • Track record of running recruitment strategies and campaigns across the UK utilizing social media.
  • Creative, innovative, and disruptive thought process.
  • Data-driven storyteller who can drive the Talent and People agenda throughout the business.
  • Previous experience building external partnerships to support people into employment.
