Salary Information
The hourly rate for this role is estimated to be between £12.69 and £14.05 per hour, depending on location and experience. As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, potentially leading to increased earning potential and career progression.

Job Responsibilities
This role involves working in our pharmacies, where you'll be responsible for providing health advice and support to patients. Key tasks include tailoring conversations to meet individual patient needs, delivering technical aspects of dispensing, and ensuring safe supply of medicines. You'll also collaborate with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items, contributing to the overall success of our pharmacy services.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services or completion of the first year of an Mpharm course at university. You'll also need to have a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent. If you don't already possess these qualifications, we'll support your development to complete our training within 6 months of joining us.
