Logistics and Inventory Manager

The People Co. is recruiting a skilled Logistics and Inventory Manager to oversee the smooth flow of goods. Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
We require an organized individual with expertise in managing logistics and inventory processes. Main duties include overseeing daily warehouse activities, planning work schedules for staff members, teaching employees about safe practices, and making sure all laws and policies are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of warehouse operations, encompassing receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise.
- Coordination of work activities for warehouse personnel to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
- Guidance and mentoring of warehouse staff on safety protocols, equipment usage, and inventory control.
- Evaluation of compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational guidelines.
- Adequate utilization of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Cross-checking inventory quantities and conducting routine stock assessments.
- Submission of reports detailing inventory levels, employee performance, and operational efficiencies.
- Implementation of enhancements to streamline operations and decrease costs.
