We offer residential inventories, check-ins, check-outs and mid-term inspections and we have an immediate need to expand our vibrant team of inventory clerks to keep up with ever-increasing demand.

**What we’re looking for**

We’re looking for experienced Property inventory clerks who are naturally organised and have a keen eye for detail. You’ll have a very high standard of written English and will speak it fluently. Accuracy and dedication to a job well done are crucial.

**What hours will I be working?**

We are looking for Full Time clerks to work Monday - Friday and Including at least two Saturday's a month. We have enough work to fill your diary up to six days a week.

**Where will I be working?**

We need immediate cover for established work across Uxbridge, West Drayton, Slough and Surrounding Areas

**What will I be doing?**

You’ll be inspecting rental properties and reporting on their condition, compiling accurate reports as tenants check in or out and mid-term during their tenancies. You’ll be using our state of the art digital inventory technology to make your reports on a tablet, dictating what you see and taking photographic evidence to back up your findings. You’ll also be responsible for collecting and handing over keys to tenants' properties. It’s a brilliantly fulfilling, self-managed role and a great opportunity to get involved in the thriving property industry.

**Do I need any experience or qualifications?**

In addition to property experience, we are looking for people who are naturally organised and accurate and pay close attention to detail. You’ll have a very high standard of written English and will speak it fluently, and will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service in line with the values of S.R.P Inventories.

**What will I earn?**

We value our clerks and so offer highly competitive rates of pay. You’ll have the opportunity to earn anything from £80 to £150+ per day depending on the hours you are willing to put in. During busy periods, such as the summer months, there may be greater earning potential of £200+ per day.

**What do I need to consider?**

Bear in mind that you will be on your feet for much of the day, and that you’ll mostly be working alone. There will be a fair amount of travelling, and you’ll need to be self-motivated.

You’ll also need to consider how you will travel to your inspections. You’ll either need a car, or access to public transport.

In addition, as you will be working on a self-employed basis, you will need to take care of your own expenses and taxes.
