The Supply Chain Supervisor will lead specific logistic and distribution activities for the EMEA region, with particular focus on the Mass, DTR and Russian markets. The person in this role will be encouraged to craft, execute and supervise supply chain activities in the EMEA region with the objective of creating optimal value whilst utilizing our internal Hasbro partnerships, and external pan-European logistics services. They will provide efficient inventory and product flow management via the optimization of our customer service tools and processes. They will also be required to support and provide input into future projects and initiatives within the wider business.
**Day to day responsibilities for this wizard**:**
Sales Order Management**
- Process and release orders in SAP and ensure the ordering process is aligned with agreed targets. Build relationships with the SSC Le Bourget team to resolve claims, check credit limits and collaborate with the Sales Channels in case of issues.
- Ensure a high level of service to our direct customers, focusing on solving issues to help maximise opportunities. Work with SSC team, ensuring all orders are processed timely and accurately. Maintain an up-to-date customer order form, to minimise ordering errors.
- Collaborate with the Operations Analyst to ensure channel orders are allocated correctly upon main release. Handle inventory availability queries raised by operational partners and distribution centres.
- Work with relevant distribution centres to ensure orders are shipped to customers along pre-agreed timelines.
**Supply-Chain Strategies and Activities in EMEA**
- Implementing and supporting the most efficient logistics model for all customers.
- Communicating relevant product and logistics information to all customers and being the first point of contact for sales administration queries.
- Liaising with other members of the Operations team to ensure production timings and quantities meet internal/external customer expectations.
- Key responsibility of providing Russian SKU information to our customs partners to ensure smooth delivery of product into the Moscow DC, ahead of launch.
- Lead in resolving logistics disputes by proactively looking for new solutions.
- Manage the inventory effectively in our three distribution centres and support timely stock transfers to avoid out of stocks or excess in any location, based on demand forecast data.
**Planning and Production Activity.**
- For new campaign and catalogue inventory replenishment reworks, create purchase orders, ensure relevant updates are executed, set up and build a bill of materials for all relevant reworks. Brief the relevant local distribution centers on rework requirements and delivery schedules.
- Take full ownership of stock inbound management for all new release products and catalogue products, co-ordinating with the Demand Planner.
- Maintenance of critical reporting tools ensuring current information is displayed to optimize team efficiency (e.g., complete and update relevant critical path requirement).
- Maintain relationships with sales channels to establish their supply chain expectations and understand specific customer requirements.
- Ensure work instructions and processes are updated regularly. Recommend improvements and implement processes in order to continually develop our service and performance.
- Ensure the stock transfer process is followed closely, minimising delays between distribution centers.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to the Wizards leadership team.
**Experience Creating and Casting these Spells**:
- 3-5 years logistics experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
**Knowledge, Abilities and Characteristics of the Ideal Wizard**:
- Excellent planning skills to ensure execution.
- Comfortable solving new or unfamiliar problems, dealing with complexity. E.g. online platforms and consumer expectations are constantly evolving.
- Able to solve problems with constraints and limited time.
- Highly organised
- Strong knowledge of main logistics models.
- SAP experience is essential.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Flexible and able to adapt to unique and new situations.
- Able to work under pressure effectively.
