This role will play a crucial part in driving business performance by developing and implementing learning strategies that enhance Supply Chain capability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Learning & Development plans to help SC achieve business performance goals.
- Provide technical development and support of technology-based performance support tools (Cornerstone, Connected Worker, others).
- Execute quarterly goals of the Supply Chain Corporate and Manufacturing learning strategy while promoting the overall learning ecosystem.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years' experience in learning & development
- Experience partnering with Supply Chain (Corporate and Manufacturing)
- Minimal Travel (10%)
- High learning agility
- Ability to influence across levels
- Highly self-motivated, self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity
- Experience in Continuous Improvement

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
