Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our regional Growth, Strategy and Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and content strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Services, Sales, and Marketing, to develop product and system-level positioning, naming, and messaging that differentiates our products and features from competitors.
- Build and maintain competitive product intelligence capabilities and tools, working closely with our commercial team to ensure differentiation across core EMEA markets.
- Utilize data and insights from customer feedback and analytics to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Support key account management by creating deep customer understanding through customer journey mapping and persona development.
- Develop in-depth content, including spec sheets, website copy, sales collateral, blog posts, and storyboards for product animations and videos, to explain complex product, services, and safety concepts.
- Support regional marketing campaigns and customer experience initiatives by creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials shared across EMEA comply with our brand guidelines.
- Communicate the value of new products to sales and internal teams through product education and training.
Implement new product and feature launches in the EMEA region, developing regional campaigns to support this effort in close collaboration with the global product marketing team.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or equivalent experience in energy technology products and services.
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing, business, engineering, or related field. MBA, engineering, or similar master's degree a plus.
- Product Marketing Manager Certification (PMMC) or Pragmatic Product Marketing preferred.
- High level of digital literacy across software platforms and ability to learn new digital tools. Proficient in MS Office Suite, and familiar with SharePoint, Salesforce, Hubspot, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of German and other European languages a strong plus).
- Occasional international travel required.
