Role Overview

Vision for Education - Sheffield is seeking a skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant/ Cover Supervisor to join our team at a Primary School in Doncaster. As a key member of the school community, you will support the class teacher and lead the class during PPA time in EYFS.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary school-aged children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will be passionate about the progress of primary school pupils and possess excellent knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities
  • Lead the class during PPA time, ensuring effective learning and engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of individualized education plans for SEND pupils

Salary Range: £19,000-£23,000 per annum
