Educational Programme Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Educational Programme Leader to join our team and take charge of our Apprenticeship programmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Trainer Coaches, developing and implementing high-quality curricula, and ensuring outstanding learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Programme Delivery: Develop and implement robust programme delivery plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Trainer Coaches, setting clear performance targets and conducting regular reviews.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality curricula, reflecting sector trends and national standards.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and enhance programme delivery, ensuring excellence in all aspects of the programme.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading educational teams, developing teaching strategies, and managing quality assurance frameworks. They will also possess a Cert Ed/PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, a degree, and relevant subject specialism. The salary for this role is approximately £55,000 - £62,000, depending on experience.
