Are you a visionary leader with a passion for English education? Do you have a proven track record of success as a Head of English or a senior leader in English, with a strong background in curriculum design and delivery?

We are seeking a Head of English to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust, where you will have the opportunity to shape the future of English education at our school. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teachers to achieve excellence in teaching and learning.

You will be responsible for leading the English department and developing a curriculum that ignites a passion for reading, writing, speaking, and listening. You will also foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that celebrates diversity, and develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
