Nursery Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Room Leader at our Oberlin Nursery. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the nursery curriculum and provide a safe and engaging environment for children.
- Lead planning and maintain accurate records of children's progress.
- Support the development of good practice in special needs and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with the Childcare and Education team to improve the quality of care and education.
- Ensure the nutritional needs of children are met and food safety regulations are complied with.
- Comply with relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and 2004, and company policies and procedures.
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding and experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies.
