They are seeking to onboard either an ambitious CDM/ H&S Consultant ready for their next career move or an experienced Senior CDM Advisor to deliver CDM/ H&S advisory services to clients within the built environment from their Leicester office.


The organization is keen to engage with CDM/ H&S professionals to join their team, managing projects on a regional basis (this role will be based from the client's offices in Leicester, with time divided between home, office, and site visits across the Midlands).

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded H&S professional with a proven track record in providing a range of health & safety services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a diverse array of health & safety services to a varied client portfolio.

• Ensure all project sites comply with CDM regulations and maintain up-to-date documentation.

• Conduct thorough investigations into accidents, incidents, fires, and hazardous occurrences.

• Prepare Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans, and H&S Files.

• Exhibit a strong understanding of H&S and CDM legislation.

• Perform site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.

Candidate Profile:

• NEBOSH Construction qualification (minimum).

• Membership with IOSH.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Valid UK Driving License.
