Technical Coordinator Senior

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the technical management team in the planning, coordination, and design of projects from Tender to Post Contract.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure fully complete, correct, and coordinated packages are issued to Commercial and Construction teams.
- Maintain and deliver in accordance with Company values.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier design approvals, ensuring timely turnaround.
- Monitor subcontractor design approvals and keep updated approvals schedules in line with build programs.
- Manage the flow of information to Surveyor, Buyer, Construction, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Enable programmed opening of show homes, marketing suites, and sales launches.
- Review and comment on sales and marketing literature.
- Assist Technical Managers in compiling pre-construction phase plans.
- Obtain licenses as required for road closures, build overs, oversails, etc.
- Update and coordinate all monthly Technical schedules, such as the bond, adoption, and utilities reports.
- Review and coordinate design and technical-related issues with the Construction Team, Development, and Sales & Marketing teams.
- Manage and control variations in relation to drawing revisions, construction programs, and costs.
- Assist with applications for postal addresses, MPANs, MPRNs, and meter registrations.
- Activate postal addresses with Royal Mail.
- Monitor and obtain all critical certificates to ensure documentation is in place for handovers, i.e., commissioning certificates, air tests, sound tests, as-built SAPs, EPCs, and CMLs.
- Liaise with NHBC to discharge any conditions and upload information to the Portal.
- Ensure all documents are correctly available for the Document Controller.
- Attend site meetings and monthly/weekly project meetings.
- Be the principal technical contact during construction works.
- Monitor work executed on site to ensure it's as benchmarked and as designed/specified.
- Manage, investigate, and respond promptly to RFIs from site teams and subcontractors.
- Assist with obtaining section agreements and technical approvals.
- Order telephone lines for lifts, energy centers, and pumping stations.
- Assist in compiling home packs, H&S files, and O&M manuals.
- Ensure all CDM documentation is up-to-date for the role of PD under the CDM regulations.
