Job Opportunity: Lettings Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leasing operations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and coordinating online marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lettings and rental data.
  • Coordinate the online marketing of available apartments.
  • Assist in analysing local market rent trends with the Community Manager.
  • Support the delivery of regular letting performance reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the leasing team as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in BTR, PBSA, or Estate Agency.
  • Basic understanding of residential AST leases and landlord-resident relationships.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office at intermediate level.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including some weekend and bank holiday work.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent IT skills, please apply today
