Job Title: Social Media Officer

About the Role:

Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Officer to join our team. As a Social Media Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and developing the company's social media presence, contributing to the development, planning, and execution of social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Social Media Strategies: Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  2. Content Creation: Develop captivating content for social media sites, including writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.
  3. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
  4. Competitions and Campaigns: Develop and oversee competitions and campaigns to draw attention to the brand.
  5. Measuring Success: Set measurable goals for campaigns, measure, and show the Return on Investment (ROI).
  6. Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts.

Requirements:

  1. Passion for Social Media: A keen interest and passion for everything social media.
  2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
  3. Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of social media tools and engagement metrics.
  5. Planning and Execution: Experience planning the technical and strategic elements of social campaigns.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  8. Quick Learning: Quick learner and able to structure thoughts and process information logically.
  9. Technical Requirements: 2+ years' experience using Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and Instagram is a must.
