Practice Manager Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Practice Manager to lead our dental practice in the UK. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for driving the practice's success and ensuring that it meets its financial and operational objectives.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, and you will also receive holidays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays) and access to health and wellbeing benefits, including virtual GP services and employee assistance programs.

  • You will be responsible for leading a team of support employees, managing self-employed clinicians, and maintaining contractual relationships.
  • You will also ensure regulatory compliance and interpret financial data for commercial decision-making.
