Job Overview

The Public Sector Transformation Expert will be responsible for leading complex transformation programmes within the NHS, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and improving clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale transformation programmes within the NHS
  • Develop and implement new care pathways for patients with acute medical conditions
  • Engage with external stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and update implementation plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in programme delivery and stakeholder engagement, with experience of delivering large-scale transformation programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • MBAs or Prince2 Practitioner status

Salary

The salary for this role is £82,000 per annum, plus benefits.
