We are seeking a skilled financial professional to join our team at Page Personnel Sales in Nottingham. As a Public Sector Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage outstanding invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Process supplier setup requests and complete necessary documentation.
  • Reconcile financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in income and expenditure.
  • Ensure timely submission of VAT claims.
  • Prepare and upload Accounts Payable Collection returns.
  • Contribute to the production of monthly agency cost analysis reconciliations.
  • Undertake general finance administration tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a finance environment is essential.
  • Ability to work in a high volume processing environment is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is important.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Benefits
