We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Architect/Architectural Technologist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to take on a leadership role in our practice. As a Senior Architect/Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential projects, from concept to completion. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality designs, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of residential projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop innovative solutions, addressing complex design challenges.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • CIAT/ARB/RIBA qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Full, clean driving license and access to transport.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and experience with detailing common solutions to junctions/interfaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working on residential projects with contract values between £500k and £5m.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Team player mentality and a natural drive to keep projects moving.
