We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Architect/ Architectural Technologist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to take on a leadership role in our practice. As a Senior Architect/ Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving our company's mission to provide better quality homes and environments for everyone.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage residential projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Contribute to the development of our company's vision and strategy
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in residential architecture or a related field
  • CIAT/ ARB/RIBA qualified or equivalent
  • Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Full, clean driving license and access to transport
  • Strong knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
  • Experience with detailing common solutions to junctions/interfaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing workload and prioritizing tasks
  • Team player mentality
