We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Kenyon International Emergency Services. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial Department with administrative tasks, sales generation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with sales generation, including data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the sales database.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales administrative role.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
