Bristol, Bristol, United Kingdom Bromford Full time

We are looking for an Asbestos and Compliance Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on ensuring our compliance programmes are effective and compliant.

About the Role:

This is a full-time role that requires a blend of analytical and regulatory expertise. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a vital role in monitoring compliance or maintenance programmes, especially in asbestos, water, and mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.

Your responsibilities will include collating, validating, and updating systems with compliance data, assisting with performance and assurance reporting, and daily monitoring of forward-looking programmes to minimise the risk of non-compliance.

You will also be responsible for reviewing information from service providers, conducting desktop checks of compliance certification, and supporting the compliance team in completing audit actions and preparing performance reports.

To thrive in this role, you will need experience in monitoring compliance or maintenance programmes, especially in asbestos, water, and M&E systems, strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a good basic standard of education, including GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be based in the South West of England with regular opportunities to work from home.
